I would have given this stand a 5 star rating if it was simpler to assemble. When you look at the design of the product, one would imagine it would be. There are no drawers, cabinets or wheels to worry about. Thank God my husband is mechanically inclined as well as patient! I would have thrown it accross the room after the first 45 minutes! Regardless, once it was assembled, it was exactly what I needed for my new 32″ hd tv. All of the furniture in our bedroom is white and we needed something in an open design that could fit with the current decor. I would recommend buying it just be patient when putting it together.
